- Desenvolver e liderar a estratégia global de gerenciamento de dados, alinhada aos objetivos da empresa;
- Supervisionar a coleta, armazenamento e análise de dados, garantindo a qualidade e a integridade dos mesmos;
- Colaborar com equipes interdisciplinares para garantir a implementação eficaz de soluções de dados;
- Estabelecer e monitorar KPIs para a qualidade e eficácia dos dados, implementando melhorias contínuas;
- Desenvolver e implementar políticas de governança de dados para garantir conformidade e segurança;
- Liderar iniciativas de ciência de dados, aplicando análises avançadas para extrair insights valiosos;
- Fomentar uma cultura de data-driven decision making, promovendo a importância da análise de dados em toda a organização;
- Desenvolver colaboradores da área de data science da empresa;
- Modelo de trabalho remoto.

**Perfil desejado**
- Formação superior completa;
- Experiência na área de data science em produtos digitais;
- Conhecimento profundo em coleta, armazenamento e análise de dados;
- Habilidades avançadas em ferramentas e linguagens de análise de dados (SQL, Python, R, etc.);
- Habilidades intermediárias (pleno) como desenvolvedor backend;
- Visão estratégica e capacidade de aplicar insights de dados para orientar decisões de negócios;
- Perfil proativo, hands-on, líder, analítico, inovador e comunicativo.
