**Performance Marketing Analyst**:
Have you ever thought about being part of a global high-tech company, with extremely qualified teams, capable of delivering fantastic results? In our Marketing team you are responsible for communicating this to the world.
You will be responsible for the strategic, tactical and operational management of our digital channels, planning, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns at all stages of the funnel, focusing on acquisition and activation of new customers.
You will work in a multidisciplinary and international team, having the opportunity to participate in major projects, propose new ideas, conduct tests, learn, develop and celebrate each and every achievement :)
**Main responsibilities**:
- Create, execute and manage our media plan along with our advertising agency;
- Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Native Ads (Taboola / Outbrain) and programmatic media;
- Manage day-to-day paid activities including but not limited to: Display, Social & Search;
- Work closely with the design and copywriting teams to facilitate the ad creation process;
- Identify market opportunities for acquisition globally;
- Define the launch strategy for new campaigns along with the Product Marketing Team, establishing the plan, communication channels, ad formats and user journey;
- Develop acquisition, activation and revenue plans, aiming at increasing demand generation and engagement of qualified leads;
- Establish testing and learning routines, propose new actions, extract insights from data and define next steps;
- Build and present reports to various audiences within the organization;
- Track conversion metrics for each channel, continuously proposing new improvements;
- Analyze and propose segmentations for each business objective, based on behavioral and life cycle analyses;
- Search publishers that are part of the consumption map of our personas for direct media buying;
- Search and suggest new channels in order to find more conversion opportunities;
- Perform constant interface with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to obtain insights for the development of new campaigns.
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Experience in managing Google platforms: Ads, Analytics and Data Studio;
- Solid knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Native Ads;
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and sales funnels;
- Data Driven - more data, less opinion;
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and maintain high standards of work;
- You should be comfortable working within a growing, evolving, global company and liaising with team members across different time zones;
- Be creative and solution-oriented;
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
**Desirable qualifications**:
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot);
- Experience in the B2B market;
- Knowledge of the B2B sales funnel;
- Experience in the technology industry;
- Intermediate/advanced Spanish;
- Experience in performance agencies.
