**Wynter** is in an exciting space - delivering B2B audiences, and optimizing product messaging. Nobody else is doing those things.

Copy is 2x as influential as design in why visitors convert - yet companies massively underinvest in messaging and copywriting. A huge problem is that there is no data at all whether your messaging is effective, or not. Wynter solves this issue.

We're not exactly building a new category, but it's close. Part of our marketing needs to be evangelization of the importance of messaging and copy, and making people see the problem with new eyes. Once they see the issue through the new lens, they can't unsee it.

We’re creating a brand new category of message testing and go-to-market research. It’s a massive worldwide problem that hasnt been solved yet. You’ll be working together with some of the brightest minds in global data-based marketing.

At Wynter, we need your help to design a research tool that’s used by Fortune 5000 companies, including some of the most well-known online brands of this century.

You’ll participate in an agile delivery team. It’s a highly collaborative role and you’ll need to work closely with stakeholders, end users, and technical team members. We do not micromanage - you’ll be responsible for your own deadlines and choose a way of working that fits you best.

**About the job**:
Your primary focus will be on studying user research input and designing user interface components for the tool.

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing new user-facing features
- Designing reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Building clickable mockups
- Running user tests
**Skills**:

- **Minimum 3 years of SaaS design experience.**:

- Relevant experience in using Figma and/or Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent
- Thorough understanding of graphic design principles
- Thorough understanding of UX principles
- Previous experience in designing online products (not just websites)
- Experience in designing for web components
- Experience in creating design systems

**Salary**: R$42,000.00 - R$53,000.00 per year
