**This is a remote position for applicants worldwide.**
We are looking for a **Business Systems Developer** to join our rocket and be part of our Operations Team.
With strong technical experience (NodeJS and Python), communications and problem-solving skills, this person will work mainly with the Business Systems and Revenue Operations teams to meet business needs.
The duties include maintaining integrations and developing new, understanding of how our business systems works and how they can be optimized, overseeing how each new requirement or piece of functionality fits into overall business process, and developing improvements.
**What you'll do ‍**
- Write integrations between our multiple software systems, such as, but not limited to Zoho CRM, Hubspot, FleetCommand, Xero, Stripe.
- Use our own product Rocket.Chat to integrate teams and systems using devops to provide alerts about customer events.
- Administer multiple maintenance functions of the web-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with a primary goal of ensuring data integrity.
- Write and maintain our business systems processes and training documentation.
- Work with Marketing, Finances, Operations and other teams to develop automated processes and ensure our single source of data.
- Serve as both the "Product and Support" manager for these internal systems and integration; engaging with key stakeholders to improve the quality of system performance and seek improvements in process, automation, and workflow management.

**Your skills**
- +3y Developer experience (NodeJS and Python)
- Advanced English
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Very comfortable with systems architecture and management
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional team.
- Strong research skills
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Work independently: productively and effectively with little supervision (after initial onboarding period).
- Ability to handle demands working in a highly agile and intensely interactive environment
- Ability to manage multiple systems to maintain accountability of company assets and resources
- Technical Specification and Process Documentation experience
