Support and ensure all administrative processes necessary to payroll, benefits and personnel administration, in compliance standards with corporate policies and regulations, as well with local labor authorities.
- Assist the payroll processes for local and expatriate employees by carrying out monthly entries for payroll processing, being responsible for payroll information related to expatriate employees, in addition to processes such as vacations and leaves.
- Support general operational routines for local employees related to new hires, vacations, dismissals, time management and annual health check-ups.
- Operationalize admission & termination processes including payroll inputs, management of mandatory documents for each employee, and induction in accordance with the local legislation and policies.
- Guarantee and monitor the following benefits administration: meal ticket, supermarket ticket, transport voucher, health and dental plan, life insurance, private pension, gift card, physical activity benefit, language benefit, education benefit and school material benefit.
- Ensure the Third-Party management project for the affiliate by being the focal point of the labor audit project carried out in outsourced companies that have employees allocated/working for TotalEnergies EP Brasil.
- Guarantee the accomplishment of Intern’s contracts management by controlling the contracts administration of the branch’s interns.
- Provide regular HR administration reports.
- Implement & follow up personnel administration rules & regulations.

The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company’s assets and reputation.

- Interface with other HR sub-routines, activities, and professionals.
- Interface with other areas of the company, mainly finance, supply chain, HSE and Legal.
- Interface with SAP System.
- Interaction with labor authorities and legal entities.
- Strong relation with HR service suppliers.
- Graduated in administration, HR or equivalent.
- Payroll experience
- Advanced English
- High quality of organization, meticulous, helpful and with good interpersonal skills.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Personnel Administration.
- Strong knowledge of procedures, processes, and analytical support to personnel administration routines.
- Knowledge of offshore legislation and routines will be a differential.
- Alignment with the company's values.
