Senior SAP Order to Cash Functional Specialist

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Order to Cash processes.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP modules to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Provide expert advice regarding SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
  • Provides expertise for the sake of estimating and budgeting.
  • Ensure the quality of software changes by thorough and complete documentation and testing.
  • Conduct user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP OTC processes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and business processes.
  • Evaluates new SAP technologies, introduces best practice and process improvement ideas.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their SAP knowledge and skills.

**Minimum Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems.
  • Proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP OTC and billing modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven experience in prioritizing work and coordinating multiple work assignments in parallel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience working on a global, multi-cultural team.

**Desired Qualifications**

  • SAP certification in OTC or related modules.
  • Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience with OTC related EDI solutions.
