**PURPOSE**

**As Manager CTC Originals, you will be the key connector between Global Brand Strategy and Local Marketplace Execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that Originals strategies and seasonal concepts are flawlessly translated into impactful product assortments and consumer experiences in the marketplace. You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Originals across all consumer touchpoints, working cross-functionally with Brand Activation, Sales, Merchandising, and DTC teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial success.**

**Responsabilidades e atribuições** KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Own the seasonal CTC planning process for the Originals category, ensuring alignment between Global, Market, and Channel priorities.
- Translate global Originals strategies into locally relevant assortments, stories, and go-to-market plans.
- Work closely with Merchandising to build consumer-focused, channel-appropriate product ranges.
- Partner with Brand Activation to define and brief impactful storytelling moments across the consumer journey.
- Align with Sales and Key Account teams to ensure readiness and sell-in excellence.
- Drive post-season analysis to optimize future strategies and product performance.
- Ensure consistent and premium brand execution across all consumer touchpoints, both digital and physical.

- Deep understanding of the Originals consumer, streetwear trends, and cultural relevance.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical and commercial acumen.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, both visual and verbal.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- ** REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand, or CTC-related roles.
- Experience in lifestyle/fashion/sportswear industry preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
