Our opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Developer to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to define technical strategies and standards. You also provide technical guidance to the development team, review code, and promote best practices.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

- Design and implement complex software systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues and conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and performance) to ensure software quality.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining code quality and system integrity.
- Mentor junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and understanding. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Facilitate technical discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Research and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Monitor and improve system performance and reliability and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

You will be a great fit if you have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience,
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C#
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills; strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
