RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN TASKS:

- Ensure that contract terms are being met by all parties;
- Lead company’s response to potential contractual losses;
- Control and follow up all claims (from all parties);
- Support Operations in all issues related to the contract and client relationship, including negotiations or commercial issues;
- Coordinate all commercial issues related to OPEX;
- Coordinate the development and negotiation of Variation Orders;
- Support to the sales department:

- New contract proposals.
- Negotiation of contract amendments.
- Understanding impact of contract terms.
- Contributing to the OPEX estimates.
- Support legal department with management of approval matrix.
- Control and preparation of letter’s;
- Control of contractual disputes (claims, VOs, penalties, back charges, etc);
- Monitor daily operations (focus on contractual issues and exposure);
- Control the contractual data base;
- Control the finance daily execution and escalations;
- Control monthly payments (BOMs) and measurement reports (RMs);
- Prepare contractual reports;
- Organize contract’s documentation;
- Maintain consolidated record (database) of RDOs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Business administrator, economist, lawyer, engineer or related areas
- Experience in Contract management
- English: Professional working proficiency
- MS Office: Advanced (especially excel and word)
- Available to go offshore when necessary
- Work Location Rio de Janeiro
