Project Lead for Software Solutions

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of functions within the allocated budget and the vehicle program timeline in an Agile way to ensure timely progress and remove all the blockers as needed.
- Lead interface design in collaboration with all the vendor stakeholders and solution architect, for all components.
- Assist the feature architects with the architecture design patterns and ensure robust technical design.
- Present the technical architecture details to the Technology Review Board for the feature changes needed in order to achieve optimal customer experience.
- Responsible for providing periodic status updates to the leadership and escalate for assistance in areas that are beyond his/her control.
- Responsible for managing the quality of delivery of functions by the suppliers within contractual boundaries.
- Builds and maintains close relationship and interaction with all the internal and external stakeholders.
- Obtain design and development gate approval for start of testing and validation.
- Participate to testing for all the functions releases leverage to bring issue resolution in a timely manner to get the features ready for vehicle launch.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5 years of systems software project management experience
- Experience in running Agile development projects
- Experience with evaluating system estimates and relating the costs to the architecture components
- Experience in complex system integration IT projects
- Ability to interact with business partners and service providers at multiple levels
- Ability to hold themselves and others accountable resolving issues and maintaining project timelines
- Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques
- Advanced English communication skills (all interviews will be held in English)
