**We are searching for the best talent for Sr Financial Analyst to be in Sao Paulo**

**Purpose**:Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the MedTech FP&A team, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

This position is to be the right-hand of MedTech Commercial lead manager for Southern Cluster (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Uruguay), supporting activities under the scope of the regional FP&A.

The Sr Analyst will have significant exposure with Southern Cluster Finance Leadership team as well as extraordinary connection with LATAM FP&A team members, Business Unit Finance, Global Services, and specific business partners throughout the organization. Understanding FP&A process and interactions, as well as main tools and systems are essential enablers for this position.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Standard reporting and analytics execution
- Planning Calendar governance
- Planning consolidation and reporting
- Management deck preparation for actuals and planning cycles
- Responsible for consolidating Opex budget and perform BvA analysis for selected business partner
- Balance Sheet forecasting
- Monthly P&L closing and analysis
- Consolidation and analysis of Free Cash Flow according to global model
- Business Plan and Quarterly Update Support and Analysis for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Drive Analytics including scenario planning and financial analysis
- Business partnering
- BRAVO and TM1 submission

**Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Accounting / Engineering or related
- CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications are a plus

**Required**:

- Proven experience in financial roles (Accounting, Financial Planning or Business Controlling)
- Proficient English / Able to communicate in Spanish
- Advanced Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)

**Preferred**:

- Experience in FP&A, Controlling and/or finance shared services
- Solid knowledge in financial planning and analysis
- SAP / TM1 / Bravo / Power BI
