Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families. **About the role** Assume the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the department, including coordinating truck with the sales team and managing inventory. **Delivery Center Operations**: - Coordinate and oversee all truck inspection and preparation activities within the Delivery Centers. - Manage the day-to-day relationship and collaboration with the Delivery Center teams. - Define, document, and continuously optimize truck inspection and preparation processes to maximize efficiency and quality. - Ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met for truck preparation. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the preparation area, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. - Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements within the Delivery Centers. **Inventory & Materials Management**: - Manage the inventory of parts and materials essential for truck preparation at the Delivery Centers. - Plan and execute procurement of supplies to ensure adequate and timely stocking. - Implement robust stock control measures, conduct demand analysis, and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages and reduce waste. - Act as a key liaison with the purchasing department to ensure efficient supply acquisition processes. - Generate and analyze reports on consumption and costs related to supplies, providing insights for cost reduction. **Requisitos**: - Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably within a vehicle or equipment-heavy industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal teams (especially Delivery Center staff and Purchasing) and external vendors. - A process-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement. - Fluent English (spoken and written). - Degree in Administration, Logistics or related field. - Specific knowledge in Supply Chain concepts and understand the principles of the supply chain. - Understand KPIs. - Proactive, good communication skills and team-working skills. - Extracurricular courses: stock management, international logistics and project management - is a plus. - Post-graduation/MBD in Supply Chain management, logistics and related fields - is a plus.
