**About the Client**:
Our client is a prominent digital marketing agency based in the USA, seeking an experienced SEO Lead to join their team. They work with healthcare and dental businesses to help grow through digital platforms. They are dedicated to expanding their team with top-tier talent.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Local SEO Lead** to join our client's marketing team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost local search visibility, ensuring top rankings in local search engine results pages (SERPs). You will lead a skilled SEO team, driving performance and ensuring that the latest local SEO best practices and search algorithms are at the core of every campaign.

**Background in a digital marketing agency is required.**

**Experience working in the healthcare/dental niche is a plus.**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop and execute local SEO strategies to boost search visibility for dental practices.
- Optimize and manage Google My Business profiles, ensuring accurate and engaging information.
- Build and maintain local citations on relevant directories.
- Monitor and analyze local SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Create and optimize localized content for dental practices.
- Conduct regular local SEO audits to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate local SEO with other local marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on local SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Proven experience in a similar local SEO role, with at least** 6+ years **of hands-on experience.
- Strong expertise in local SEO strategies and techniques, including Google My Business management.
- Leadership experience in guiding and managing an SEO team.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent understanding of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and local SEO tools.
- **Experience working in the dental or healthcare niche is a plus.**:

- **Background in a digital marketing agency is required.**:

- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

**Position**: Local SEO Lead

**Remote Status**:Fully Remote

**Preferred Location**: Global

**Working Hours**:9 am to 6 pm EST

**Salary**:USD 2200 to USD 3000 per month
