**Job Summary**:
This position is responsible for providing IT support to the Yinson Brazil Office and associated projects (FPSOs). The role involves assisting the IT Operations team with Zabbix monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Offer support to both internal and offshore personnel, managing IT and telecommunication devices both remotely and in person.
Monitor the IT and communications infrastructure, both onshore and offshore, ensuring its proper maintenance.
Order, set up, and assist in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of new IT devices.
Oversee the maintenance of conference rooms, telecommunication equipment, and conduct regular checks of all workstations.
Keep the asset management control updated. Collaborate with the IT Coordinator and Supply Chain to facilitate hardware and software procurement, shipping, and receiving for Brazil.
Prioritize and manage support cases effectively. Collaborate with external IT vendors regarding support and technical issues.
Foster positive working relationships with external third-party IT vendors and stakeholders.
Propose enhancements to IT policies and procedures, and think innovatively to generate new concepts and developments.
Assist in ensuring that the IT solutions implemented within the company are cost-effective.
Work closely with the IT Coordinator under the guidance of the Senior IT Manager on deployments that encompass both hardware and software installations across multiple sites and FPSOs in Yinson Brazil.
Escalate issues as necessary and maintain communication with the technical team. Perform other tasks as directed by the IT department

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant combination of education and experience.
Experience in a similar role, providing solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Windows 10 or equivalent software; network infrastructure (both onshore and offshore); and server management.
Experience in network configuration.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure, and O365, along with a good overall understanding of networks, software, and hardware.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

**Desirable.**
Previous experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
