**You are **

A skilled Motion Graphics Designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field. You have proven experience in the sports media industry and a strong portfolio of diverse projects. Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, and Photoshop, you excel in animation principles and visual effects. Your keen eye for design, color, and typography brings creative ideas to life. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities enable you to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. You stay updated with trends, always innovating to create cutting-edge visuals.

**You will..**
- ** Create Motion Graphics**: Develop engaging animations and visual effects for live broadcasts, digital content, and social media.
- ** Design Elements**: Create opening sequences, transitions, backgrounds, ad placements, and other on-screen elements for TNN’s programming.
- ** Collaborate**: Work with the Senior Multimedia Designer, Producers, Editors, and Graphic Designers for seamless integration of motion graphics into video content.
- ** Contribute Ideas**: Participate in brainstorming sessions to offer creative ideas for visual storytelling.
- ** Manage Projects**: Handle multiple motion graphics projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- ** Stay Current**:Keep updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics; experiment with new techniques.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Utilize advanced software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, and Photoshop; maintain proficiency in 2D/3D workflows.
- ** Ensure Quality**:Ensure all motion graphics are polished, error-free, and meet company standards; review and refine animations for desired impact.

**You have...**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in motion graphic design or a related field
- Proven experience in motion graphics design, preferably in the sports media industry; strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Expertise in software such as Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D; strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects.
- Excellent eye for design, color, and typography; ability to translate creative ideas into visually appealing motion graphics.
- Strong file management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities; capable of working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects.
