**As a Lead HR Specialist (Business Partner), you will be responsible for**:

- Acting as a first point of contact for employees & managers for individual employee needs & HR processes;
- Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field;
- Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event
- Working closely with TA, TR, HC&T, HR Compliance and Labor Relations team in the HR strategies for the region;
- Supporting workforce planning and participate in the Talent management process (yearly and monthly) and PCR (People and Culture Review);
- monthly - PCR oct/nov, work with PL Manager
- Making one o ones/get to know’s/Talent Spotlight with our Talents in the country;
- Having an effective participation on DEI programs, Culture programs and activities and also in case of RIF's (restructuration in force);
- Supporting our people leaders and employees with the Competence Management and technical and non-technical programs.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;
- Be experienced in Employee Human Resource Management;
- Be able to communicate fluently both in English and Portuguese.
