Credit Product Manager

**ABOUT THE TEAM**

The credit department at Revolut designs, develops and launches credit products across multiple countries.

As we do this from scratch we have complete responsibility for each product: developing the backend, the front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk management and portfolio management solutions.

The team is made up of a mix of risk management, product, design and software professionals, providing lots of opportunity to share knowledge and learnings across functions.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Since 2015, Revolut has introduced over 18 million customers to a new way to handle their money. From instant spending notifications and built-in budgeting controls, to global currency exchange and stock trading, customers simply get more with Revolut.We approach Credit Products at Revolut the same way that we approach everything else. We take complex issues, and create extraordinary solutions that our customers love. From credit card loans to salary anticipation solutions, we build things we want to use ourselves, that we’re proud to show to our friends and families.

You will lead the Credit Products in Brazil, mainly the Credit Card offer. Your objective will be to coordinate all stages necessary to achieve a successful product-market fit: Scoping, Implementation, Testing, Launch and Growth.

**WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING**:

- Build the strategy to launch the Credit Card in Brazil: customer segment, competitors, pricing, positioning and value proposition
- Scope all aspects of market requirements, in terms of necessary features, legal and risk aspects, infrastructure and development effort, funding alternatives, risk modeling, among others
- Coordinate with Product teams to build an implementation plan, and execute it
- Project-manage with cross-functional teams in London and our global offices; from Operations to Finance, Legal and Compliance, Marketing and Communications

**WHAT YOU´LL NEED**:

- At least 3y working with Credit Card
- You can demonstrate a strong track record of achievement
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) in both English and Portuguese
- Above average analytical skills, and to be comfortable working with data
- Never-settle mindset to solve customer’s problems
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Problem-solving mindset to get things done
- You are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
