Sr. Growth Product Manager

**This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil.**
Rock is a global leader in content marketing, with offices in four countries, so English is our official language. Therefore, you will be tested on English language proficiency, and the results will be available by the end of the test.
As a Growth Product Manager, your mission is to oversee the entire product growth process from start to finish. That spans from lead generation to customer retention.
Your Impact:
- Identify key growth areas in the business and develop a growth strategy;
- Guide a multidisciplinary, lean team, focused on the whole growth journey.
- Define and clearly aligns metrics definition across multiple areas: Marketing, CS, Sales, Finance, Engineering, etc;
- Ensure data reliability as a principle.
What we're looking for:
- PLG expert, with a deep background in metrics and instrumentation;
- The strategic vision of the business. You have defined product vision and strategy for your domain and communicated the rationale behind the product decisions to the engineering team and stakeholders;
- Hypothesis and experimentation oriented, hates "scrum" in its traditional sense;
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change;
- Fluent English skills
