**The Head of Compliance will be responsible for**:

- Ensure an effective Compliance framework within BNPP AM Brazil that respects the local legal and regulatory requirements as well as its continuous upgrade in accordance with BNPP AM standards and policies, working in close collaboration with all local departments.
- To supervise AM Brazil staff, providing support and implementing the BNPP Group Compliance Standards consistently.
- To provide advice on compliance topics, escalating where necessary to the central AM Compliance team.
- Coordinate the Compliance team in Brazil.
** Qualificações

**Requirements**:

- Fluent english
- Relevant experience in AM Compliance
- Legal, regulatory and internal controls knowledge experience
- Agility to interact and support others areas within AM while keeping full independency
- Good communication, training and presentation skills
