**BDR Sênior | Híbrido ou Remote Work**

**TAREFAS**:

- Prospectar e captar novos clientes;
- Manter relacionamento com clientes da base;
- Atuar com captação outbound;
- Qualificar e encantar os leads do funil de vendas;
- Executar apresentação dos produtos/serviços da Seconds;
- Realizar fechamentos de propostas;
- Atualizar e compreender ferramentas de CRM;
- Executar o processo de vendas de acordo com o playbook e contribuir para sua melhoria;
- Acompanhar e atualizar indicadores da área;
- Participar de treinamentos;
- Compartilhar conhecimento com o restante do time.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Prestar um excelente atendimento ao cliente, sendo empático, simpático e paciente, buscando atender de maneira resolutiva e consultiva.

**Requisitos**:
**Experiências e qualificações**:

- Experiência de 2 anos com processo outbound;
- Vivência na função de Inside Sales (end to end);
- Conhecimento de técnicas de vendas (Spin Selling, BANT, GPCT);
- Perfil competitivo, movido por desafios e com vontade de crescer;
- Atuação alta performance em vendas;
- Experiência com gestão de CRM;
- Conhecimento sólido em funil de vendas;
**DIFERENCIAIS**:

- Experiência com o mercado de Tecnologia;
- Vivência com E-commerce ou Marketplace;
**FORMAÇÃO**:

- Ensino Médio Completo ou Superior em andamento.
