**Is that you?**
- An analytical mindset backed up by systems thinking; in-built ability to interpret complex data, come to intelligent conclusions, and offer well-structured business recommendations based on solid analysis
- 5+ years' work experience in the BA position
- Extensive theoretical and working knowledge of BA methods and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability)
- Knowledge of the fintech industry ecosystem and its key audiences
- Experience with Jira & Confluence and similar project management tools
- Experience working with modeling software (Balsamiq, Visio, Draw.io, etc.)
- English and Portuguese - Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Excellent communication skills - you need to know how to explain complex things in simple words or report them in writing efficiently

**Nice to have**:

- Adequate knowledge of the Spanish language that will help you function in a Spanish-speaking setting
- Flexibility to travel to Campinas on a twice-monthly basis
- Experience in analysing complex existing system and transfering the knowledge to team members in a optimised form

**Key responsibilities and your contribution to Dev.Pro**

In your role as a Senior Business Analyst, you will help us explore new opportunities within our core business domains, communicate with high-level decision-makers and stakeholders on this project, and deliver valuable insights to support key business decisions.
- Research and analyze the client’s business domain, project specifics, and relevant documentation
- Communicate with the Senior Product Manager: elicit, scrutinize, and log high-level requirements for the project; perform a thorough analysis, organization, and prioritization of the collected intel
- Design roadmap and schedule for product development
- Create and maintain technical documentation, business, functional and non-functional specifications
- Visualize workflows of the developed solution utilizing Use Case and Activity diagrams (UML) or Process and Collaboration models (BPMN)
- Prepare UI wireframes and/or prototypes; trace the requirements
- Act as a proxy product owner, helping clarify and present the project requirements to the team
- Mentor and onboard new staff as an inspiring leader
