We are hiring a Procurement Analyst I - a role that will help us drive our customers' progress.

What you’ll do:

- Follow-up for approval of purchase orders.
- Printing orders and sending them to suppliers.
- Following up orders to ensure that they have been delivered.
- Managing the area's documentation.
- Acting in accordance with the company's internal policies.
- Monitoring and updating internal controls via Excel.
- Process of registering new suppliers, which involves: Contacting the supplier to collect information; Filling in information in the purchasing system; Following up to ensure that the supplier fills in the necessary information in the system.

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

- University degree.
- Previous experience in the purchasing area.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel).
- Intermediate English (Advanced English is a plus).
- Spanish - a plus.
