**What are we looking for?**

The client is in search of an automation specialist to work on existing properties, primarily focusing on web automation, with occasional mobile automation tasks. They heavily rely on Selenium for automation projects and are seeking an individual who can dive into tasks with a strong focus on automation, minimizing manual intervention. The workload involves multiple web projects, providing a diverse and challenging environment.

Work Environment:

- The client's automation team consists of 8 dedicated professionals, primarily based in Canada, with an additional team in the Philippines. This global team maintains a close working relationship with the development team, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared objectives.
- The team's work culture emphasizes teamwork, open communication, and camaraderie. They regularly organize weekly hangouts and happy hours where team members come together to engage in conversations, play games, and foster meaningful relationships.
- In addition to the social interactions, the team collaborates to meet common goals, making the work environment a productive and supportive one.

Desired Skills:
Perform manual test cases and analyze the results;
Evaluate the product code according to specifications;
Create logs to document test phases and defects;
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
