Security Assurance

Mars IS Security Governance exists to assess, communicate, and reduce risk to the Business. This requires deep & current expertise in the underlying technology, an up-to-date understanding of the industry & legal mandates, and strong background in securing a global enterprise.

**What are we looking for?**:

- A solid experience in Information Security, IT audit or compliance.
- Minimum required: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Mandatory fluency verbal and written English language skills.

Nice to have
- Ideally have background of process design, mapping and document processes and procedures.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
Audit Program
- To have accountability for developing and enhancing the IT General controls framework
- Responsibility for educating control owners on the controls framework
- Leading control owners through the process of developing control processes to meet Mars control objectives and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate PwC audit by following the schedule and work with the stakeholders to assure evidences will be delivered on time with agreed level of quality.
- Creating and communicating reports on audit program compliance to key stakeholder groups

Compliance and Monitoring
- Partner with different teams across the organization to drive monitoring and compliance of the IT General Controls
- Regularly assess the control policies, procedures, action plans ensuring they comply with the ITGCs best practices.
- Provide training to Control Owners during on-boarding and at regular intervals.
