**Responsibilities**:
- Presentation of events;
- Analysis of the results of class satisfaction;
- Participation in internal training for self-development;
- Participation in client training;
- Analysis and validation of existing content;
- Assistance in the development of new content;
- Monitoring of on-site activities at the client.
**Qualifications**:
- 2 years of professional experience;
- Knowledge of telecommunications (B2C/B2B) is essential
- Experience in Callcenter.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point;
**Education**: A bachelor degree / technical degree.
