**Your role**
- Do you have experience and knowledge in the financial market and in control?

We are looking for analyst to:

- reconcile shareholder movements, ensuring the settlement of all transactions (investments and redemptions)
- monitor external requests and collateral holds related to shareholders
- support fund cash reconciliation activities and balance monitoring
- participate in investment fund events
- provide support for internal and external audits
- ensure the organization and regular updating of operational documents and regulatory reports

**Your team**
- You will work in a dynamic and participatory environment with a strong team that will always answer your questions and help you grow professionally and master key fund management skills.

**Your expertise**
- experience in shareholder control operations
- knowledge of key investment fund regulations (CVM, Anbima, RFB and Bacen)
- understanding of tax rules applicable to investment funds
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- intermediate English proficiency (desirable)
- ANBIMA certification is a plus
- availability to work in São Paulo
