Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in partnerships or related sectors, with a focus on creating and implementing strategy and partnerships.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working in cross-functional, global partner and program management, including managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects on fixed timelines.
- Experience in business development, product/general management, sales, or related field including with government agencies or transit agencies.
- Experience designing and implementing processes and policies.
- Ability to clarify/summarize complex issues and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to structure partnership models and manage complex technical, contractual, and financial issues.
- Excellent analytical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner closely with Product and other cross-functional teams to drive user value. Drive Google Maps partnerships from concept to launch to ongoing partner management.
- Manage coordination with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Policy, Public Relations, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Finance) and other Business Development teams, including regional counterparts around the world.
- Understand product launches/plans and implications for Google and its partners and contribute to related internal and external communication.
- Design and implement processes and policies to improve Google’s ability to partner at scale. Ensure partners are fulfilling their contractual obligations and that Google is providing the required support for them.
- Support cross-functional initiatives.
