You’ll work alongside Project Managers, QA Copy Editors, and clients on a variety of projects on a daily basis. You’ll receive your tasks through our web app and can ask any questions to your Project Manager through our live chat. Attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and “figure it out” attitude will help you excel in this position.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent US English speaker / writer (not a requirement to be a native English speaker)
- Must have a reliable, stable internet connection
- Reliable, diligent and self-directed. Must be able to turn around quality (error-free) copy within a consistent timeframe
- Must use AI copywriting tools to maximize efficiency and capacity
- Does not “milk” the word count (i.e. puts the client, quality of the copy, and desire to get results with mínimal revisions first)
- Must be comfortable learning and using new software (we use our own web app and live chat) and enjoy working within a proven workflow
- Not a requirement but a PLUS if you have any broader digital marketing knowledge or experience, e.g. knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation, digital marketing, conversion optimization, or AB testing
- Client-focused attitude but also able to follow diligently specific directions each week via checklists, templates, and other instructional media used to operate the business
- Must be reliable, diligent and enjoy having a position where staying organized and communicating clearly is key
- Must be open to feedback from our QA Copy Editing team
- Must be available to work during company business hours i.e. between 9am and 5pm EST
- Must complete a skill test and 2-week training as given by our assistant
