**YOUR ROLE**:

- **Integrate a design department for a consulting company, where you will be expected to participate in multiple projects and proposals throughout the year.**:

- **Capable of understanding research insights and translating them into design solution concepts, by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.**:

- **Craft beautiful creative concepts which carefully detail the reasoning behind each choice of visual element such as color, typography and other key visual elements.**:

- **Collaborate with product managers, designers and developers to ensure the usability, feasibility and implementation of designs, providing detailed design specifications and assets.**:

- **Able to, together with client business teams, understand the business requirements for each feature, and be able to translate them into an UX/UI design solution.**:

- **Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback.**:

- **Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of design decisions.**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Marketing or a related field**:

- **Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.**:

- **Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and creatively.**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.**:

- **Proficiency in working with Figma. Any other relevant software which might aid the design process will be valued.**

**Extra Points if you**:

- **Are knowledgeable about AI tools and techniques to enhance the design process;**:

- **Are able to adjust to a consultancy environment, participating in multiple projects and proposals throughout the year.**:

- **At a more senior to lead role, consider yourself capable of not just conducting your own work, but also leading the design work for a small group of designers tasked with one project**:

- **Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, which translate into an effective communicator within the team, project teams and with our clients**:

- **Would be able to visualize and draft the best design approach (methodology-wise) for a given challenge/project**
