Data Business Technologist

**Overview**:
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX researchers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure that data solutions are crafted with a clear understanding of end-user behaviors and preferences. **English fluency** is required, and your ability to collaborate and manage stakeholder relationships will be essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with UX researchers, designers, and business teams to design and deliver data products and solutions that are grounded in **human-centered design** and **user experience research**.
- Be part of the **end-to-end lifecycle** of data products, from ideation, prototyping, and user testing, to development, launch, and iteration, inspiring human-centered principles guidance along each phase.
- Use insights from UX research to shape data solutions that address real-world challenges, improving both user satisfaction and business performance.
- Engage stakeholders and execution partners in the process of co-creation, ensuring their perspectives are incorporated while maintaining alignment with data and technological feasibility.
- Support the adoption of **AI** and **advanced analytics** within the organization by demonstrating their potential through **user-centric** pilots and case studies, creating compelling business cases.
- Support the facilitation of workshops, ideation sessions, and user-testing activities with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure that solutions are tailored to real user behaviors and needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ** Bachelor’s** or **Master’s degree** in **IT**, or a related field.
- Experience in roles related to managing data-driven projects, including AI, advanced analytics, and human-centered data solutions.
- Experience in integrating **design thinking** and **UX research** into the development of data products, ensuring user needs and business objectives are aligned.
- Strong proficiency in **project management methodologies** (Agile, Scrum) and tools such as **JIRA**, **Trello**, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in **English**, with a focus on managing stakeholder relationships and translating data insights into actionable business outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams that include UX researchers, designers, and engineers, to co-create data solutions that are innovative and user-centric.

- Knowledge of **data governance** and the ethical implications of deploying AI solutions in user-centric products.
- Experience conducting or working with **UX research** tools and methodologies, such as **user interviews**, **persona development**, or **usability testing**.
