No papel de Analista de Admissões, o profissional apoiará a direção pedagógica na gestão dos processos administrativos de admissões. Você será o primeiro ponto de contato com nossos clientes. Também prestara assistência à escola na gestão de redes sociais, na comunicação com as famílias e em eventos internos.
- We are looking for a communicative, proactive, organized person who loves to work with people services and has a passion for education. In the role of Admissions Analyst, the professional will support the Head of School in the management of administrative entry processes, in addition to being clients´ first point of contact with our services. They will also assist the school in the management of social networks, communication with families and in-house events._

Quais são as competências essenciais necessárias?_**
- Experiência no serviço ao cliente e/ou interface B2C.
- Experiência comprovada em educação.
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação oral e escrita.
- Desejável nível de inglês CEFR - B1 ou superior.
- Experiência em produção de conteúdo e imagem para mídias sociais;
- Experiência básica em planejamento de estratégias de marketing;
- Desenvoltura e conhecimento em edição de imagem, tecnologias de edição de vídeo e software;
- Conhecimento de tecnologias e sistemas de gestão de CRM;

What are the essential skills needed?_**
- _Experience in customer service and / or B2C interface._
- _Proven experience in education._
- _Excellent oral and written communication skills._
- _Desirable english level CEFR - B1 or higher. _
- _Basic experience in planning and marketing strategies;_
- _ Resourcefulness and knowledge in image edditing, publishing and video tecnologies and software;_
- _ CRM management technology and software know-how;_
