**About the team**
- Our NOC team plays a vital role in ensuring the stability and reliability of an organization's network infrastructure. Our mission revolves around continuous monitoring, incident response, proactive maintenance, and effective communication, ultimately contributing to an optimal user experience and the seamless functioning of critical business operations.

**What you'll do**:

- Deputy of Incident Commander;
- Root Cause Analysis (Post-Mortem);
- Write processes;
- Identify trends (Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics);
- Continuous Improvement and Process Refinement;
- Write the key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Write the success criteria for the customers;
- Identify any gaps or areas for improvement in incident response, communication, and collaboration;
- Determine the necessary organizational changes and resources required for the new incident management team.

**Who you are**:

- Strong technical background in network operations, incident response, or a related field.
- Complete graduation in IT course
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and Cloud (AWS);
- Experience with network operations, incident response, or a related field.
- Experience with monitoring tools (PagerDuty)
- Knowledge of incident management tools and processes.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure
- Experience monitoring and managing services in a 24/7 environment.
- Proficiency in incident management tools and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, as you will work closely with various teams to resolve issues.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Advanced English
