As a Senior Tech Lead at BairesDev, you will drive technical excellence and innovation in our Java & Spring Boot projects. You'll lead development teams, make key architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
What you will do:

- Guide and mentor development teams while fostering professional growth.
- Drive the implementation of best practices and development standards.
- Oversee system design and technical decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Ensure quality, security, and scalability across all projects.

What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot development.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
- Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Expertise in both back-end development and microservices architecture.
- Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
- Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
- Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
- Advanced level of English.
