Team Overview and Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our team. Based in Vila Velha, ES, Brazil, and reporting to the Project Management Manager, you will be responsible for managing SURF projects, in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies, and legislation.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing project execution, margins, and deadlines, organizing the demands of various departments, reporting the status of each project to respective internal and external clients, as well as to direct leadership. In addition, you will be tasked with maintaining effective communication channels with all involved parties.

You will focus on the following activities:
1. Project Planning: Develop structured project plans aligned with company standards and client expectations, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and budget.

2. Performance Management: Continuously monitor project performance, identify deviations, and implement effective corrective actions. Participate in weekly meetings with clients to track progress and solve problems.

3. Execution and Control: Supervise project execution, interacting with all involved departments—engineering, procurement, production, logistics, quality, and commercial—to ensure integrated delivery.

4. Negotiation and Optimization: Lead technical and commercial negotiations aiming to optimize scope, reduce costs, and increase profit margins.

5. Risk Management: Implement and improve risk analysis methodologies, monitor risks throughout project execution, and promote continuous improvement.

6. Client Interface: Coordinate meetings with clients to address technical clarifications, commercial negotiations, and scope alignment.

7.Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare, review, and/or approve project control reports, ensuring close monitoring of costs, margins, and delivery deadlines.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables comply with quality standards, technical specifications, and client requirements, in collaboration with the project team.

10. English Reports: Prepare and present technical and management reports in English for internal stakeholders and international clients.

Who are we looking for?

- Bachelor's Degree in fields related to the position, such as Administration and essential technical areas

. Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in project or contract management is required. Prior knowledge in the Oil and Gas sector is desirable.

Estamos procurando um Especialista Sênior em Gerenciamento de Projetos para se juntar à nossa equipe.

Com base em Vila Velha, ES, Brasil, e reportando-se ao Gerente de Gerenciamento de Projetos, você será responsável por gerenciar projetos SURF, em conformidade com políticas, diretrizes, estratégias e legislação estabelecidas. Como PM, suas responsabilidades incluem lidar e liderar equipes multidisciplinares, supervisionar a execução, margens e prazos dos projetos, organizar as demandas dos diversos departamentos, relatar o status de cada projeto aos respectivos clientes (internos e externos) e à liderança imediata. Além disso, você terá a atribuição de manter um canal de comunicação eficaz com todas as partes envolvidas.

Atividades principais:
1.Planejamento de Projetos: Desenvolver planos de projeto estruturados, alinhados com os padrões da empresa e expectativas dos clientes, garantindo conformidade com escopo, cronograma e orçamento.

2. Gestão de Performance: Monitorar continuamente o desempenho dos projetos, identificar desvios e implementar ações corretivas eficazes. Participar de reuniões semanais com os clientes para acompanhamento do progresso e resolução de problemas

3.Execução e Controle: Supervisionar a execução dos projetos, interagindo com todos os departamentos envolvidos - engenharia, suprimentos, produção, logística, qualidade e comercial - para garantir uma entrega integrada.

4. Negociação e Otimização: Liderar negociações técnicas e comerciais visando otimização de escopo, redução de custos e aumento da margem de lucro

5. Gestão de Riscos: Implementar e aprimorar metodologias de análise de riscos, monitorando-os ao longo da execução dos projetos e promovendo melhorias contínuas.

6. Interface com o Cliente: Coordenar reuniões com os clientes para esclarecimentos técnicos, tratativas comerciais e alinhamento de escopo.

7. Relatórios e Monitoramento: Elaborar, revisar e/ou aprovar relatórios de controle dos projetos, assegurando o acompanhamento rigoroso de custos, margens e prazos de entrega.
