**Position**: Sr Data Excellence Analyst | PH| São Paulo/SP

**GET TO KNOW OUR AREA**:
Within Bayer PHARMA, our area works with the Business unit and the Commercial area, supporting decision-making based on reports, analysis and market insights. The area's main sources of data are auditing and market research.

In this area, you will have the opportunity to act and develop a holistic vision with different areas of Pharma working together at a diverse and collaborative team.

**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:

- Own the IQVIA data concepts and ensure the same concepts are used across the organization.
- Understand current landscape of customer data, internal and external, identify what data is required and define how data will be gathered, recorded and updated, in collaboration with IT team. Identify gaps of data and suggest a solution.
- Implement customer data and quality management processes for continuous improvement.
- Partner with TA BPs to provide accurate data sets that will solve TAs business issues
- Work closely with Market Intelligence, Sales Force Effectiveness and Incentives to understand what customer analysis is needed and help to define the most appropriate approach of reports and dashboards in terms of tables, graphics, data organization, visualization, etc, taking into consideration the different users' profiles.
- Work with Data Analysts to propose and develop descriptive and predictive analyses based on business problems and data available.
- Remain up-to-date with best practices of data management, data analysis and dashboards.
- Work along with IT team to make sure enhancement of internal users' satisfaction
- Partner with IT team to align business needs and to prioritize initiatives. Lead and manage the projects to implement database, reports and dashboards defined.

**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, marketing, business or related discipline, masters degree a plus
- Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional and matrix experience in Sales & Marketing
- Provides direction and guidance through analysis and also with confident to strong recommendation and challenge business issues;
- Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses with high efficient communication delivering key findings;
- Good communication, networking and relationship development skills
- Problem solving and project management skills.
- Language: Advanced English and Portuguese required;
- Previous knowledge of IQVIA data;
