This is a position for professionals with proven capability in organisational change management (OCM) and communications. If you possess Change Management Certification (such as Prosci) this is considered a distinct advantage. Experience working in Communications and Marketing is also an advantage. Job Required Competencies Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities Experience in organisational change management principles and activities (e.g. how people move through change) Experience in Communications and Customer Engagement. Willingness to push yourself outside your comfort zone and demonstrate a “lifelong learning” attitude Ability to engage stakeholders at various levels in the organisation.
