AMARO is hiring a talented and experienced Buyer & Product Developer to support the management and growth of AMARO's

**Category.**

You have experience with women's fashion products including
** negotiation, technical development, and supplier sourcing**. You are passionate about fashion and want to be part of a new brand trying to revolutionize the market.

**What you'll do**:

- Develop all selected designs within high quality standards, make sure all products are being delivered according to planning and strategy
- Register products in the system, prepare tech packs, ask for samples, do fittings and approvals
- Place purchase orders, negotiate costs and payment terms and make sure productions arrive on time
- Follow up collection costs according to budget for each process developed, final price negotiation
- Ensure the comfort and fit of all products during the fitting process and during the sales reports
- Do weekly sales analysis and reports
- Prepare the weekly report, ensure that all products will be delivered on time
- Help build a strong and resilient supply chain within our quality and price standards and new projects proposed by the Category Manager
- Daily communication with suppliers to clarify doubts and control all steps from beginning to end
- Create and update boards, collection maps and reports
- Define KPIs and analyze suppliers’ performance
- Communication with Product Operations team to control sample and production payments and deliveries

**What your qualifications are**:

- Experience: buying with international suppliers in a specialty retail environment, negotiation skills, deep understanding of the market and main players, modeling, fabrics, trims, and supply chain management with global focus;
- Education: degree in fashion business or related areas;
- Systems: prior experience with PLM (not mandatory) and ERP (Linx, Millennium, TOTVS/Protheus);
- Level of English: Advanced.
