Job Description - Coordinate internal resources/creatives and third parties for the execution of projects;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget;
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
- Write brief for shootings and for ADs to be used on Facebook, IG, Tiktok. According to the creative team;
- Take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;
- Ensure the effectiveness of key leadership meetings by managing the agenda and by ensuring the most important topics are being framed and considered properly;
- Regularly poll the team in advance for their hot points and create the appropriate agenda;
- Create and control the project documentation and make sure they are proper documentation of their activities and decisions.
Requisitos Fluent/Native: English and Portuguese; Have good and professional written communication; Needs to be able to take phone calls in English and Portuguese and give professional reports to clients; Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain strong attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Outras Informações For now, we are doing Home Office, but once the COVID situation is solved we will get back to the office in São Paulo/SP.
