We've taken this brand from $0 to currently around $1.3M/mo in 12 months. Fully bootstrapped and profitable. We're gearing up for our next growth phase and need a superstar to lead our Reputation Management efforts. We are looking for a dedicated Reputation Management Specialist to coordinate our online reputation initiatives.

To be successful as a Reputation Management Specialist, you should have excellent communication and strategic thinking skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of online reputation management and community engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage online reputation across various platforms, including Reddit, TrustPilot, and YouTube.
- Gather and analyze reviews to improve customer perception.
- Moderate online discussions to ensure a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve online reputation.

**Your Experience**:

- 2-6 years of experience in Online Reputation Management.
- Proven track record of managing reviews and moderating discussions.
- Experience with influencer collaboration and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret review data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**✨ Nice To Have**:

- Experience with reputation management tools and software.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
