**You will be responsible for**:

- Manage the SEA budget across countries to meet revenue, CPA, and ROAS targets;
- Work closely with search engine partners such as Google to ensure that best practice is implemented across all activity and the team is included in all relevant new products/features;
- Work with the team to optimize performance media such as Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting;
- Develop breakthrough insights and translate them into concrete actionable recommendations for the product management team to ensure full optimization of the landing page experience;
- Gather, analyze and present campaign and media data through statistical reports;
- Work with display media, knowledge of audience segmentation required, tool and ads configuration, and understanding of key performance metrics such as clicks, CTR, conversions, and conversion rate;
- Negotiate and expand media channels seeking the best opportunity internationally;
- Develop and execute large media plans for campaigns from multiple global markets;
- Analyze and optimize the company's media accounts and investments;
- Monitor travel corridors with the Business Development team, identifying opportunities and directing media efforts for greater profitability

**What we expect from you (experiences, soft and hard skills)**:

- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Administration or equivalent;
- Fluency in English;
- Advanced knowledge of Office Excel;
- Experience in SEA in B2C/e-commerce, including demonstrable experience leading and managing paid campaigns in Google Ads. App acquisition campaigns are also a big plus;
- Desirable Google AdWords qualification certification;
- Big plus if you have worked for an OTA, Metasearch, or Car Rental company.
