Internal accounting? That’s a good start. Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities — this is what our financial people do all day long.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Treasury Manager to support key treasury activities, focusing on capital as we expand our features and footprint.

You'll be assessing our capital and liquidity position and managing market risks, like FX, interest rates, and credit. You'll also own various treasury procedures and work with the Technology teams to make necessary enhancements to reporting processes.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting capital planning and management activities within the Treasury team
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory capital requirements
- Analysing and optimising capital structure and resource allocation
- Preparing concise reports and presentations on capital adequacy for senior management
- Performing regular capital forecasts and assessing ongoing capital adequacy
- Assessing impacts of regulatory changes and market conditions on capital strategy
- Coordinating timely reporting to regulators and internal stakeholders

What you'll need
- Experience in capital treasury within a financial institution or fintech
- A solid understanding of Brazil's banking and capital regulations
- Knowledge of capital regulatory frameworks and stress-testing methodologies
- Experience in capital/treasury regulatory reports (ICAAP, DLO)

Nice to have
- SQL programming/coding skills
- Familiarity with COSIF standards
