Team Overview:
Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and ensuring the safety and empowerment of women in transportation? Join us as a Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst with a primary focus on our Women Safety Program at 99.
As a pivotal member of our Safety team, you'll spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing opportunities and safety measures for women driving and riding with 99. Your role will involve not only championing the Women Safety Program but also providing crucial support for the continuous improvement efforts across the entirety of our Safety operations.
Role Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
- ** Women Safety Program**: Drive strategies and initiatives to create safer and more inclusive experiences for women utilizing our platform. Implement measures to address safety concerns and foster a supportive environment.
- ** Continuous Improvement for Safety**: Utilize your expertise in process improvement methodologies and project management to identify areas for enhancement within our Safety operations. Implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance efficiency to provide safety for all our users.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate closely with various stakeholders including internal teams, external partners, and community groups to ensure alignment and effectiveness of our Women Safety Program and broader continuous improvement efforts.
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Leverage data analytics to derive insights into safety trends and performance metrics. Use these insights to inform decision-making and drive impactful changes.
- ** Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions and workshops to disseminate knowledge on safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies. Empower team members to contribute to our mission of creating a safer environment for all.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar field.
- 2+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean, with a proven track record of driving impactful change.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Passion for safety and diversity, with a strong commitment to promoting inclusivity and equality in transportation.
