About the team
The Marketing Solutions team is focused on delivering engaging narratives that inform and inspire clients, agencies and the industry with the opportunity TikTok brings to media agencies and brands direct. Some examples of work from this team include platform and vertical narratives, inspiration decks around key moments on TikTok, strategic best practices and thought leadership. Ultimately our work will help generate demand for TikTok and drive consideration for our products and solutions.
We are also responsible for proactively developing business on TikTok from an agreed list of clients, leveraging our relationships with senior agency heads of strategy and planning. We work closely with the product team, agency sales, client teams and Creative Lab.
**About the role**:
Lead a regional position to deliver across a variety of initiatives:
- Development of an overall platform message strategy, creating a powerful message across LATAM;
- Product Marketing Communication: Build external facing, effective and industry leading product narratives, best practices and marketing collaterals to drive successful regional launches and grow product solutions at scale. POC for product launches across region;
- Brand Safety: Work in partnership with a global team to land the narratives and collaterals to the region, including industry stages, press events, events, partners leverage and so on;
- Regional Educational program: Academy. Responsible for the management and localisation of global content, as well as, creation of regional-local content in partnership with XFNs;
- Vertical Insight & Solution: Work close to global teams to leverage core and vertical narratives across the region, nurturing local teams. Build and localize main narratives to drive regional growth;
- Case Studies: Delivery of regional case studies approved for public-facing opportunities, including client meetings, industry stages, press events and PR;
- Organize and conduct sales training & workshops to uplift sales competencies;
- Data & Tools: Leverage data, tools and research to create and optimize insights across regions;
- Regional Showcase Library & Spotlights: Build regional library for both external pitch and internal sharing and analysis and enhance cross market showcase sharing;
**Qualifications**:
- 10-12 years relevant industry experience
- Experience of working in regional position
- English and Spanish Advanced level
- Experience driving direction and alignment within global, cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred
