Industrial Model Development Product Owner

Here at Shape a Data Product Analyst conducts research and analysis to find solutions to business problems. The objective of this role is to ensure that we are structuring data product development effectively and aligned with the needs of the customer, the development team, and corresponding leaders. **Responsibilities**: - Deliver and communicate the release of Data Products to customers (internal and external); - Work together with customers and internal employees to meet customer and company needs - Work supported by leadership or Senior Data Product Analyst, with internal stakeholders (Industrial Engineers, Data Scientists, etc) and users performing analysis to obtain relevant results with our algorithms. - Support process analysis, diagnosis/problem framing, results analysis, modeling and tuning. - Identification of improvement opportunities to generate value to our customers. - Monitor routine activities with high predictability and short-term impact. - Monitor support demands; **Requirements**: - Be a resident of Rio de Janeiro (Hybrid Work Model) - Graduation in "STEM" - Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics - Experience in Industrial Environment - Knowledge of Agile culture. - Experience with Data Science projects Advanced English - _Nice-to-have (plus)_: - Knowledge of Python - Experience with Project or Product management roles. - Knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma **Benefits** - An insurance plan that covers **health and dental care** (so that you can take care of yourself) - Vouchers for **meals and food** (so you can eat well) - **Flexible schedule** (for you to work at the best time) - In-office massage and manicure (so you can relax and stay beautiful - **Mentorship program** (so you can become more talented) - **Gympass **(for you to get in Shape) - Snacks at the office - An inclusive environment **The benefits provided with this position are not deducted from your paycheck
