The department Market Risk is responsible for the risk function within Rabobank International Brazil. Market Risk manages the risk profile of the bank for market, liquidity and counterparty risk categories in such a way that it fits within the risk appetite.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Front/middle/back office representatives regarding day-to-day activity while investigating and ensuring integrity of all trading, exposures and limits in regards to approvals and policy;
- Market, Liquidity and Counterparty risks assessment along with ad-hoc analysis regarding current and potential exposures;
- Management of the Credit Derivatives portfolio;
- Gap analysis (VatR, PV01, Stress Testing, Greeks);
- Historical VatR (Value at Risk) calculation;
- Produce Local Central Bank regulatory reports (DDR, DRM, DRL and IRRBB);
- Support Trading and Treasury Desks with opening position.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree with a good mathematical and analytical skills (such as Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or Economics - preferably at a first class University);
- Fluent in English or good read, write and conversation English;
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills;
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and intermediate VBA
programming;
- A good team player, Hands on, Pro-active profile, Determined, Curiosity, Learning capability.
