**What You Do**:

- Custom Theme Development: Build unique Shopify themes from scratch based on specific design requirements.
- Theme Customization: Adapt and optimize purchased Shopify themes to align with client design specifications and branding.
- Pixel-Perfect Implementation: Ensure that all designs are implemented with meticulous attention to detail, replicating provided designs exactly across all devices.
- 3rd Party App Integrations: Integrate Shopify stores with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Zapier, and other commonly used apps to enhance functionality and workflows.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure fast load times and optimal user experiences across all devices.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to Shopify functionality, APIs, and integrations.
- Leadership Development: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of a Shopify-focused development team.

**What You Should Have**:

- Proven 5+ years of experience in Shopify theme development, customization, and eCommerce solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Demonstrated expertise in pixel-perfect development, ensuring all visual elements are flawlessly aligned with designs.
- In-depth knowledge of Shopify APIs and the ability to create custom functionality, integrations, and automation.
- Strong experience in integrating third-party apps and APIs, including but not limited to HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.
- A solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, for collaborative development.
- Experience with performance optimization, including improving Core Web Vitals, reducing load times, and enhancing overall store speed.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, clients, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience with Shopify Plus, including advanced features like Flow and custom checkout scripting.
- Proficiency in headless eCommerce architecture using tools like React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices for Shopify, including schema markup, URL structuring, and optimizing product pages.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to translate design files into functional web pages.
- Experience in building or maintaining multi-language and multi-currency stores.
- Knowledge of custom app development for Shopify to extend platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, or Hotjar to track user behavior and improve store performance.
