Job Summary

Coordinate and manage the administrative requirements for offshore employees including, scheduling, logistics and travel support to crew change, training and medical certification. Ensure that offshore employees/contractors meet all company requirements prior to boarding the rig.

**Job Description**:
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with travel agents to assist offshore personnel on travel requirements.
- Liaise with rig team and customer for helicopter bookings and meet and greet requirements. Maintain customer system of record when required.
- Initiate transactions in HR system of record.
- Provide administrative support for documentation requirements for employees joining the rig.
- Assist with training inquiries.
- Book required medical assessments. In locations without an absence partner, partner with medical services on MLOA cases.
- Source and coordinate onboarding of contractors to offshore installations, including certification review and in-house ILS induction training.
