Tasks
Support on implementation of improvement processes
Monitor team performance
Support SAP activities
First Escalation in case of shortage
Interface with internal customers and suppliers
Manage global electronic shortage materials situationResponsible for customer service and interface with other areas of the company, aiming to ensure compliance with customer service and satisfaction;
- Management and monitoring of customer portfolio, including EDI, analysis of demand and its variations, performing the follow-up to receive and confirm orders and orders in the system
- Perform the daily follow-up of confirmation of production, vehicles/transport, in addition to the release of Quality for the realization of invoicing
- Resolution of customer requests regarding order fulfillment;
- Direct action with the areas of logistics, sales and finance
- Monitoring of daily billing
- Preparation of management reports

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics or similar
- English Fluent
- Office Package
- Knowledge in ERP Systems - SAP will be a differential
