**We are looking for a Documentation Representative - Import that will handle the following**:

- Check all relevant information prior to the declaring process of each import/transshipment cargo.
- Declare all information concerning the import by inputting all relevant information in the custom system within deadline.
- Make sure that the local and global charges are correctly inserted, before ordering the invoice.
- Follow-up the process of returning containers as well as creating the monthly Unclaimed Cargo report to the Head Office.
- Make sure all relevant parties (such as Terminals) are duly notified and instructed about import/transshipment cargo discharging. Keeping t/s cargo less than 7 days in port.
- Solve cargo customs problems always when needed.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in International Trade or correlated areas
- Knowledge of custom authorities deadlines
- Upper Intermediate English level
- Intermediate word and excel
