**Head of Nordex Internal Services**:

- REQUISITION ID: 4717- LOCATION: Sede São Paulo, BR- DEPARTMENT: Service**Mission / Misión**: The job holder is part of the Blade Repair Service Americas Team and this roll is to head rotor blade repair teams to perform high quality repairs and inspections all North and South America in the Nordex Service fleet. This is achieved while using the latest repair technology based on profound trainings, the collaboration with the Global Blade Services Team and always with an eye on safety.
**Functions / Funciones**:

- Build NXIS Americas-Brazil Region (up to 150 FTE to be hired, trained and work);
- Manage up to 47 Blade Repair Teams working in South and North America;
- Manage the 6 Blade Repair Team Coordinators;
- Manage the Planning and control of work execution globally;
- First contact for Brazilian blade repair teams;
- Ensure the optimization of work execution to increase efficiency;
- Ensure the organization of correct tooling, equipment and material to execute repairs;
- Report work progress actively to internal stakeholders;
- Responsible for the P&L of NXIS Americas/Brazil;
- Report directly to the Global Head of NXIS Americas.

**Profile / Perfil**: - Project management skills - P&L management skills - International communication skills - Result orientation, systematic problem-solving behaviour, trouble-shooter - Teamwork & collaboration - High level of customer orientation - Driving license
**Languages/Level / Idiomas/Nível**: English and Portuguese good communication skills in spoken and written (at least B2), Spanish is a plus.
**Experience / Experiência**: - Experience with rotor blade repairs or similar tasks - Experience with teams management - Experience in operational blade service business is a must.
